Terms & Conditions

These are the rules for using Go Exchange. Please read them before you open an account or place a bet. Last updated: 27 August 2026.

This page sets out the agreement between you and Go Exchange. It covers who can join, how your account works, how money moves in and out, and how bets are settled. We have written it in plain English on purpose. Legal pages are often a wall of jargon, and that helps nobody.

By creating a Go Exchange ID, logging in, or placing any bet, you accept everything on this page. If you do not agree with a part of it, please do not use the platform. If something is unclear, message our desk on WhatsApp before you deposit and we will explain it.

Important risk warning: Betting carries real financial risk. You can lose the money you stake. No bet, market or strategy has a guaranteed outcome, and nobody at Go Exchange can promise you a profit. Only bet with money you can afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of terms

When you use Go Exchange, you are entering a binding agreement with us. That happens the moment you sign up, log in, deposit, or place a bet, whichever comes first.

These terms work alongside our other policies, including the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Responsible Gaming page. Read together, they form the full agreement between you and Go Exchange. Where a specific rule conflicts with a general one, the more specific rule applies.

You confirm that you are entering this agreement for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else. You also confirm that the details you give us are true. If any of that stops being correct, tell us so we can update your record.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Go Exchange account. This rule has no exceptions. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and any bets on it will be void.

You must also be legally allowed to bet where you live. Betting laws in India vary from state to state, and some states restrict or ban online gaming. It is your job to know the law in your own state or jurisdiction before you place a single bet.

We do not give legal advice, and we cannot check the rules of every state for every member. By using Go Exchange, you confirm that online betting is permitted for you at your location and that you take full responsibility for that decision. If you are not sure, check with a qualified professional before you deposit.

You may not use Go Exchange if you are on a self-exclusion list, if a court has barred you from gambling, or if you are an employee of the platform trying to bet on your own markets. Accounts opened in breach of this section can be closed at any time.

3. Your account

One person may hold one Go Exchange account. Multiple accounts controlled by the same person are not allowed, and we explain why in the prohibited use section below.

When you sign up, you must give accurate details: your real name, a working phone number, and any information we reasonably ask for. Made-up or borrowed details put your withdrawals at risk, because a payout has to match a real, verified person.

Your login belongs to you alone. Keep your password secret and never share your ID with a friend, an agent, or anyone who promises to bet for you. If you think someone else has your login, change your password and message our desk straight away. You are responsible for activity on your account until you report it as compromised.

We may ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. That can mean confirming your identity, your age, your address, or the ownership of a payment method. We run these checks to keep the platform clean and to protect honest members. If you do not complete a check we reasonably request, we may pause deposits, hold withdrawals, or limit the account until it is done.

We keep the right to verify your identity at any point, not only at sign up. This is normal for any regulated financial service, and Go Exchange is no different.

4. Deposits

You fund your account by adding money to your Go Exchange balance. We support UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm, along with direct bank transfer. The exact methods on offer can change, so ask the desk for the current details before you send anything.

Deposits must come from a payment account in your own name. Sending money from someone else's UPI ID or bank account will slow down your play and can trigger a review, because we cannot match a third-party payment to your verified identity.

There is a minimum deposit, and it starts low, around ₹100, so you can test the whole flow with small money first. When you send a deposit, share the reference or transaction ID with the desk so we can credit the balance quickly. Most deposits land within a few minutes during normal hours.

Only deposit money that is truly yours and that you can afford to lose. Do not fund your account with borrowed money, a credit line, or cash meant for bills, rent, or family needs. If a deposit is reversed or disputed by your bank after we have credited it, we may adjust your balance and hold the account while we sort it out.

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the checks below. Send the desk the amount you want and the UPI ID or bank account you want it paid into.

The withdrawal account must be in the same name as your Go Exchange account. We do not pay winnings to a third party. This protects you from fraud as much as it protects us, and it is a standard rule across the industry.

Before a first withdrawal, and sometimes after, we may run a verification check. We can ask for proof of identity, proof that a payment method is yours, or proof of the source of a deposit. If you have not completed KYC, we will ask you to finish it before the payout is released.

Processing times depend on the method and the time of day. Most verified withdrawals are cleared quickly, often within minutes to a few hours, though a manual review can take longer. We will always tell you if a payout is held and why.

We may decline or reverse a withdrawal if we find a breach of these terms, such as multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or a bet placed using an obvious pricing error. Where a withdrawal is linked to suspected fraud or money laundering, we may hold the funds and report the matter as the law requires.

6. Betting rules

Go Exchange runs matched markets. When you back a selection, another member lays it, and the bet is matched at an agreed price. We hold the stakes and settle the result. A bet only stands once it is matched, and an unmatched offer can be cancelled before it is taken.

Results follow official sources. For a cricket match, that means the recognised governing body or the official scorecard for the event. If official sources disagree or a result is later corrected, we may re-settle a market to reflect the correct outcome.

Void and abandoned events. If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe the market rules allow, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Some markets, such as a completed session, may still stand if the condition was already met before the event stopped. The specific market rules decide this.

Obvious and palpable errors. Odds are set by a live market and by our systems, and now and then a price is clearly wrong, far outside its true value because of a technical fault, a typo, or a data glitch. Bets taken at such an obvious or palpable error may be voided, and stakes returned, even after the event. We do not do this to dodge fair losses. We do it only where the price was plainly a mistake that any reasonable member would have spotted.

Settlement and disputes. We settle markets as soon as a reliable result is available. If you think a market has been settled wrongly, tell the desk within a reasonable time and we will review it against the official source. Our settlement decision, made in good faith and in line with these rules, is final for the bet in question.

You are responsible for the bets you place. Check your stake, the selection, and the odds before you confirm. A matched bet made in error by you is still your bet. The tools on our site, such as the odds converter and the back and lay calculator, are there to help you decide, but they do not place or guarantee bets.

7. Bonuses and promotions

From time to time Go Exchange may offer a bonus, a promotion, or a special market. When we do, that offer comes with its own terms, and those terms sit on top of this page.

Read each offer before you opt in. A promotion may carry a wagering requirement, a minimum odds rule, a time limit, or a cap on the amount you can win from it. If an offer term conflicts with a general rule here, the offer term applies for that promotion only.

Bonuses are for genuine play. We may withdraw a bonus, void bets, or remove winnings where we find an offer has been abused, for example through multiple accounts, matched-bet arbitrage against our own promotions, or collusion. We may also change or end any promotion at our discretion, and we will not run a promotion in a way that is unfair to members who used it honestly.

8. Prohibited use

To keep Go Exchange fair for everyone, some things are simply not allowed. Breaking these rules can lead to voided bets, held funds, and a closed account.

You must not:

If we reasonably believe you have done any of the above, we can suspend the account, void the affected bets, and keep any funds tied to the breach while we investigate. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Suspension and closure of accounts

We may suspend or close a Go Exchange account where we believe these terms have been broken, where a KYC check is not completed, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where the law requires us to act.

If we suspend an account, we will usually tell you why, unless a law or an active investigation stops us from sharing details. During a suspension, betting and withdrawals may be paused while we review the matter.

You can ask to close your own account at any time. Message the desk and we will process it, no lecture and no delay. Before we close an account, any confirmed balance that is genuinely yours and free of dispute will be returned to a verified payment method in your name.

Closing an account does not cancel bets that are already matched and waiting to be settled. Those bets stand and settle in the normal way unless a rule above voids them.

10. Responsible gaming and self-exclusion

We would rather keep a member for ten years than clear out their savings in one weekend. Betting should sit inside your life, not swallow it.

Set a limit you can afford to lose and treat it as final. If betting stops feeling like fun, take a break. You can ask our desk to set deposit limits, take a short cooling-off period, or self-exclude for a longer stretch. During self-exclusion we will not reopen the account until the period ends, and we will not knowingly market to you in that time.

If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, free and confidential help is available from BeGambleAware. There is no shame in asking. Reaching out early is the smart move, not the weak one.

A habit that protects you: decide your monthly limit when your head is calm, not when you are chasing a loss at midnight. Our budget planner turns that number into safe per-session and per-bet stakes, so one bad night never clears you out.

11. Limitation of liability

Go Exchange is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We work hard to keep the platform accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of every error or interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that are outside our reasonable control. That includes internet or network failures, device problems on your side, delays by a bank or UPI provider, or an event beyond our control such as a service outage at a data feed.

We are not responsible for the money you choose to stake or lose through betting. That is the nature of betting, and you accept that risk when you place a bet. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the balance in your Go Exchange account at the time the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost expected winnings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when a payment method changes, a market rule is clarified, or the law is updated. The current version always lives on this page with the last updated date at the top.

When we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let members know, such as a note on the site or a message from the desk. If you keep using Go Exchange after a change, that counts as accepting the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account before it takes effect.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute connected to Go Exchange or to these terms will be dealt with under Indian law, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

If you have a complaint, please come to us first. Most issues are sorted out quickly and directly when you message the desk with the details, the amount, and any screenshots. We would genuinely rather talk a problem through than let it fester.

Where a dispute cannot be settled between us, it will be resolved through the process the law provides. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Indian law that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Contact us

Questions about these terms, your account, or a specific bet are best answered by a real person. Our desk replies in Hindi and English.

The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp. Message the Go Exchange desk at wa.link/1xcric and someone will get back to you. Please include your registered name and, where relevant, the market or transaction you are asking about, so we can help without a long back and forth.

Thanks for reading this far. Clear rules make for fair play, and fair play is what keeps Go Exchange worth using. Bet within your means, keep your account details private, and remember that you must be 18 or older to play.
